Your Nere luggage is warranted against the unlikely event of faults occurring due to defective workmanship and/or materials within 10 years from the date of purchase. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must promptly return any faulty luggage to us by contacting customercare@neretravel.co.uk with your original purchase receipt no later than 10 years from the date of purchase. The item will then be sent to our repairer for evaluation and if the damage is deemed to be due to defective workmanship and/or materials then we will gladly honour the warranty by repairing or replacing any faulty luggage free of charge. Please take into consideration the time required to evaluate and repair your item when planning to use your luggage for your next trip. You must bear any expense of claiming the warranty including for transporting your luggage to us. The 10-year warranty excludes damage due to mishandling by carriers, abuse, misuse, neglect and unauthorised repair. Overtime and with use, some components, such as wheels and other moving parts, will show wear and tear and will eventually require maintenance or replacement. This normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. The benefits to you under this warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies available to you under a law in relation to the goods. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
