"I bought this suitcase in sale , got really good deal with 10 yr of warranty. Great service bcoz I got a problem when I got email from customer service and telling me my suitcase is not available till next 5 days and reply back I am leaving for my holidays in 5 days I needed it urgent . They replied me , they will try to sort out something and finally one and half day before got Email tha it’s ready to pick up and I went to pick up , that’s was so close call and customer service did amazing job. Thank you guys."

"Suit case is great and survived the trip to Europe. Not so happy that the shop was closed for 45 min late afternoon when I had confirmed the pick up in Surfers Paradise. A shop should not close randomly let customers wait wasting time and spending $ on high parking fees."
