"I purchased 3 large Stori suitcases for my family and expected these hard cases to be able to withstand travel from London to Istanbul. However, after one trip all three cases have developed scratches and dents - this is very disappointing."

"This a great case and used it on a recent trip where had a lot of flights around Europe and it has survived really well. It is so easy to wheel and it seems to be ok when it weighed +26kg so hoping the wheels hold out as that always seems an issue with previous cases. I have even purchased the two smaller cases as I like the style and design."

"I was in Australia, January 2026 and unfortunately my suitcase broke so my daughter said buy the Nere which she always uses so I purchased the large suitcase in bright lilac loved it needed it to get me back to the UK, so I have used it twice since and just arrived back from Greece and one of the wheels has come off as you can imagine it was hard work wheeling it back to the car to get home, so what do I do from here."
