"Good suitcase but handle broke by baggage handlers. Airline has offered financial compensation yet not sufficient to cover replacement & 8 hours drive time to take it there & back and go back again to collect. I could fix/replace it myself however Nere/Strandbags do not offer replacement handle part for sale to public. Not worth claiming travel insurance due to excess. I'll probably cut my losses and replace with another brand - unless I can get a response from Nere for the replacement part. Strandbags could not help."

"I was very happy with this purchase - but now after just my second trip with the new case I have discovered that it has split in the top right hand corner - while this may have occurred with baggage handling - I would have expected a case to last a bit longer than a couple of weeks !!"

Poor quality - frame cracked after one use.

"Avoid This Bag – Poor Quality and No Resolution. Please don’t buy this bag. My large suitcase cracked after a single short-haul flight. I travel business class and had it tagged as FRAGILE, yet it still failed to withstand basic handling. The lock function only works on one side, making it both insecure and technically faulty. Despite multiple emails and providing extensive photo evidence, Strandbags has not offered a refund, exchange, or meaningful resolution. Their customer service has been dismissive, deflecting responsibility even though the product clearly does not meet acceptable durability standards. If you’re looking for a reliable travel bag, I strongly recommend choosing a more robust brand. This one simply isn’t fit for purpose."

Handle is broken after one use!

"I purchases this suitcase to take on my trip to Europe, after one use the handle doesn't pull up and fold down with ease as it should and did before hand. It is additionally disappointing as I have contacted customer care regarding my warranty on the suitcase and am yet to hear anything back on the matter!"

"I just spent 3 weeks travelling through NZ with this case. It’s been on many planes, ferries, trains, cars and still looks brand new. I lived out of my suitcase and it was so easy to pack/keep organised. The flip top and zippered pockets were really handy. We’ll be buying more for the rest of the family, and definitely one as carry on. The wheels roll over any surface easily. So glad I bought it! (I was about to buy the navy but saw the olive green at the last minute and bought that. Really easy to see on the conveyer belt)."

"So freaking good if you're travelling and dont like unpacking all the time. If the place is tigher it helps so well. When it gets scuffs or scratches, just wipe it off with a damp cloth. Couldnt reccomend it more!"
