"The handle to this broke within the first week very disappointing when I took it back that they said they were going to repair it when I needed to go on a trip and needed a suitcase and I was forced to buy a new one!!! with a receipt and a broken item you think that they would just do a exchange, but they didn’t and now I’m out of pocket due to a faulty item"

Practical and travelled well
"So far I’m really happy with this suitcase. We went to Germany and did a 20 min walk up a hill on cobble stone paths and bumpy roads to get to our air B&B and I was worried about the wheels but she held fast. They were so easy to move and walk with. I had arm surging was still able to roll the case along with me at the airport. I loved the top opening so much! And all the compartments inside. It made it so easy to get out what I needed without taking a heap off room up or having to flip the case to open it. Just missed out on the pink though🙁 came in the week I left for my trip. I have 2 more big trips planned and will update if she survives the distance. I bought the medium for a week away but if I was going for longer I’d definitely get the 75cm one. Got it on sale so great price! Fit hairdryers gifts makeup bags electrical stuff and that was just the bottom. I put all my clothes in the top section. If you have to pack for winter clothes though and your packing like this I’d say you need the large size bag. Or be less “extra” which isn’t a thing for me!😜"
